Russian Tourist Visa

Original, signed United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Tourist Voucher. Copy of tourist voucher issued by tourist company or hotel in Russia approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For Business Visa

Letter of Invitation. Copy of a business letter of invitation approved by the Russian Ministry of Interior or the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. OR Telex number with the name of the inviting organization. Multiple entry visas require an ORIGINAL invitation or Telex.
